The TSSA regulates the operation of inflatables at public events in Ontario. If you want a bouncy castle at your event then it and the company providing it must be licensed by the TSSA. Licensing is intended to ensure that the company is responsible and adequately insured, and that the equipment has been inspected to meet provincial standards.
